Hay Tours are offering 4 different guided tour routes in and around Hay. Essentially they are about people, places and past events in the history of Hay. They aim to provide a colourful overview to the town and its’ cultural heritage. They are designed to be fairly short, informative and fun.
Meet outside Hay Cheese Market, Memorial Square, in the centre of Hay. Tour will finish here too.
This tour is similar to the Town Walls Route, but a little shorter as it omits the Wye Valley Walk footpath. Therefore it is the most child /pushchair /user-friendly route available, but still offers a comprehensive guide to inner Hay.

Children under 15 free if accompanied with an adult
Locals – with proof of local HR3 /LD3 postcode £5.00

All the Hay Tours walks are designed to be strolls around the streets of Hay and immediate environs. These are not hikes, so are suitable to all ages and fitness levels. However, some walks do follow short footpaths, which may be muddy and may be too bumpy for pushchairs.
Children welcome if accompanied by an adult. Dogs welcome too, if kept on a lead.
The tours will go ahead in poor weather, unless conditions are too adverse.
Tour Guides reserve the right to turn latecomers, or those without an advance booking away.
